Our farm produces and sells traditional products of the Parma countryside, the most important being Parmigiano Reggiano parmesan cheese, known the world over for its quality based on meticulous feeding of the herd on grass and hay with absolutely no fermented fodder. Our farm is also involved in the raising and nutrition of its livestock that is prepared and cared for on-premises.

Through our well-stocked store, for many years our farm has been providing local customers—to their immense satisfaction—with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, butter, cured meats from the Parma countryside, local wines and traditional products of the Po River valley, such as honey, that is also produced according to the local tradition for which we are known, and not on a mass production basis.

In recent months, we have also begun to sell On-Line, making it possible to purchase and sample our products anywhere.
