....as well as fresh butter, fresh cheeses and special products,
all made with the loving care of yesteryear, but utilizing the
latest procedures and technologies.

As the perfect accompaniment to our cheeses, we offer a
number of local red wines that are as special and natural as our
farm and our countryside. Our selection includes white wines that are
also local and natural, with all the best our land has to offer.

Again as an accompaniment to our Parmigiano Reggiano cheese,
our store is pleased to offer the finest quality honey.
In addition to a number of vitamins, honey also contains
substances that act as natural antibiotics. Our honey bears
the important inscription MIELE ITALIANO (Italian honey),
a guarantee of Italian quality and wholesomeness.

The cured meats of our area, including Culatello di Zibello D.O.P.,
Prosciutto di Parma D.O.P., local salami, choice cut “Fiocchetto”
and other specialties produced from our own pigs, are available
